This was fascinating! What a nice character study of Molly. Clever withholding of the facts, too - actually I'm not so sure I even got this mystery by the end. So in your version Sherlock has really died because Molly wanted to save her parents?
Anyway, this has been a very interesting take on canon! :-)

Thank you! Yes, Sherlock did die at the end. I always found it odd that Moriarty had used Molly previously, but hadn't considered that as his opposite Sherlock would too.
Molly is the most "normal" of the crew. Her job may be unusual, but she is only ever at the side lines of the chaos. I figure with knowledge of what Jim can do and a stressful situation Molly probably wouldn't be able to out think Moriarty. (Though I can think of one possibility that may work.) The rest of the characters are presumably just as intelligent, and they haven't managed to yet.
