I liked this part. Tara is trying to keep hold of her independence, and Sam just want them to have a good time. But Tara is right, he hasn't given up. :)

I hope to see more soon. Not rushing you, but I really like this Tam verse, and I always want more.

It was worth the wait. I like that a sense of family is developing but there is still that sense of tension you get when two strong personalities with such a history are together. Keep up the good work. I am waiting for Sam to make his "move"!

Poor Sam!

And poor Tara - still feeling the sting from the past - which is to be expected. That's one thing that Tara can't stand is people putting on a big ol' smile and being fake at the same time. Glad she called her out on it. Just wish she didn't shut Sam out.

I liked the Dearborn's reaction. Shirley is sweet, she meant well.

Miss Thelma deserved to be put in her place. She makes my blood boil!

Still, Sam shouldn't have been treated like that. Poor fellah! Come on Tara, give the guy a break (or else he'll find someone else less volatile). There is so much a guy will put up with.
