I've been doing soooo much baking lately, you guys. It is amazing. I've always kind of avoided vegan baking, for one reason or another. But I've slowly built up a stash of ingredients and chocolate chips and I've been putting them to good use. I'm getting a little closer to my dream of owning a vegan bakery/cafe

I just toured a chocolate factory that does everything fair trade and organic! They don't sell baking chocolate and you pay a ton for their products (because they're fair trade/organic) but man is that stuff good. Probably not a solution for you, but I think some of their bars are vegan... keep an eye out, Theo Chocolate.
