I am healing as well as can be expected, and should be quite fully recovered within the month.

Pain can be dealt with. As for your insomnia, why, the physical signs are easy enough to read, a fact that you as a medical man know quite well.

I have a proposition for you, doctor, if your rooms are the cause of your discomfort.
