god, i'd love it. however, according to vermont secretary of state deborah markowitz, "a town is a construction of the state and exists at the pleasure of the legislature."

that would be so incredibly strange...sounds like something i thought up while stoned. i do think crazy things, and this couldve been one of them. watching the twisted simpsons encourages my thoughts lol
