I have done that run in the Charlotte airport it is no fun and I wanted to die (and omg the last time I flew I totally did one of those running out of shape sitting down next to someone things and was like WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT I'M LUCKY I'M ALIVE AND ON THIS PLANE). and SO SORRY FOR STARTING YOUR TRIP OFF ON NO SLEEP OOPS.

I approve of everything and owl sweaters and yellow coats and I am so glad you had such a lovely time! I knew the show would be awesome, I've been wanting Starkid and Second City to hook up forEVERRRR, that's such an awesome space for them to have an in at and aldjfdkj feels, I've been a Second City fan forever. I cannot wait for you to get to Chicago for real, girl you so so so deserve it <3333333

Right?? I LOVE Second City and StarKid/UMich has always had a lot of ancillary connections there (Dara Katz and Sarah Ashley did some stuff there, iirc, and DStrauss has been there for a while) so I'm glad to see them capitalize on that at last - it feels like a match I've been waiting for forever. I can't wait for the internet at large to see some of these sketches, they're pretty wonderful. So Second City and yet so THEM at the same time!

We decided that THAT SKIT -- the one with the totally not normal voice -- is the reason the shows are a week apart. Poor guy has to let his voice recover. That skit was my favorite, though. We may have gotten yelled at by hotel security because we were mimicking that voice rather loudly around midnight. :D

I would not even try to mimic that voice. Especially after my own throat-ruining airport shenanigans! yeeeeeesh.

That WAS easily one of the funniest bits of the whole show, though. omg.
