We've sailed longer without finding anything, so two days isn't that bad.

Did you break it when you threw it last time, Zoro? It's all staticy.

It was like that for me earlier as well.

I-it did that to me too! How are we gonna talk to everyone now?
ALSO--!! Luffy, Nami! In Discedo, someone is there! From Skypiea! That guy with the giant gun! Wiper is in Discedo!

He had his arms folded over his chest, head bowed with the brim of his hat pulled down to shield his face. His legs were stretched out before him, crossed at the ankle lazily as he dozed. It was Zoro's voice that pulled him from his half-sleep. He pushed the rim up with one finger and watched the swordsman quietly, waiting for his transmission to end. He studied him a moment longer to see if the man received any responses. He'd had trouble transmitting to others back in Discedo too.}
Any luck?

In fact, he'd barely spoken to Ace since he'd returned... and quite frankly, he wasn't okay with that. They definitely had a couple of strange and delicate things they needed to talk about. Well, when the time was right.
For now, he turned, propping his elbows on the deck's rail. With the communicator in one hand, he fiddled with carelessly before giving a shrug.]
Mostly static, really.

Yeah? Same here. I just hope we don't lose all contact. Not that we can't handle ourselves.

He exhaled, glancing over his shoulder at the vast amount of water that surrounded the ship. He looked back to Ace, giving a nod.]
It'll still help if we can stay in touch with them though. Who the hell knows what can happen on either end with the way those shitty scientists do things.

...But we saw land out there on the other side.

You saw land? Shit. Nothing in sight here yet, but it's only been two.
