My deepest sympathies... I'll reserve a table for you and your friends.

Also, just as a little side note, there is no need to sleep on my fire escape. I can always arrange a guest bed, you know. It would not be going out of my way or anything, as I actually prefer not waking up to someone snoring outside my window.

I got in late, you were already asleep, I didn't want to wake you and I couldn't find my way back to Zelmans so I passed out on the fire escape.

It was surprisingly more comfortable than the stoop.

You could always knock on the back door, you know. You don't HAVE to be such a tough guy all the time. I mean, what would people think if they knew my guests were sleeping outside?

And yeah, I DO have to be a tough guy all the time. It's just how I am.
