Update on my mom:

It has been a roller coaster emotionally the past couple of days. I got up to Pittsburgh yesterday afternoon. It was a jolt to see mom in the hospital bed - she looks very much like her father, and the last time we saw him was also in a hospital bed. He passed shortly after we last saw him. Needless to say, the resemblence had already put me on
