No, the fannish related stuff has all been on LJ, but now that you've said that consider me properly scared away from what must be a hot mess for the rest of eternity.

Oh no, it's just that lately whenever I hear REALLY extreme nonsensical statements like that Tumblr's been involved. (probably because the is kind of young - there's a lot of very black and white thinking there that most people grow out of.)

Yeah, no. I *wish* that were the case. I could *accept* that if it were the case. Unfortunately, the only conversation/situation where I do not know for a fact all the participants were above the age of 25-30, let alone in positions of real world influence/power, is the Deaf culture discussion. But even in that one, there were several people who wrote they were fully fledged adults.
