So, got more water coming in. this time it is plain old seepage. No dams or anything.

Went up there with the roof rake and got as much snow as possible down (I normally don't get all of it as its quite difficult to get all of it.. I ended up on the ladder with teh roof rake.. le sigh)

It is now leaking in the livingroom over my other window.

$YAY.

On the upside, turns out I'm not supposed to work today.
So I'm going ot finish cutting up these mp3s and go join a worse hell.

Yesterday the inductor valve on the furnace got stuck. I kept feeling chilly and looked at the thermostat and said "Jeepers". Called up teh heating guys.. the oncall called back and I told him what was up - he said he was swamped, but I sound like a smart guy unlike most of the other clients he needed to hit so he told me how to fix it to get ( Read more... )

So, yesterday Paula IM's me telling me the ceiling is leaking in the livingroom. And boy was it. Rigth in the area we'd replaced before. Sigh.
