===We are working on the main page now, to get something up. (Yes, we normally have something up by February, but this seems...right...this year.

Discussion of Weston Price's "X Factor" and living foods in general would be welcome?

I know of a few people who've picked up the Price Foundation-affiliated cookbook and who are working with it to good effect. (You, nalidoll and I constitute a few, and I know arianadii works with similar principles at her place.)

I, for one, would love to innoculate cultures from blended stuffs brought to site, if folks can travel with cultures.

Frinstance, we may have enough time for gather sourdough to go with the gather meads I know have been produced in the past, especially if bits of starter/s from trusted sources are added to jumpstart and meld.

Yes, I have been working more extensively with lactobacilli lately, why do you ask?

===We are tentatively putting a food-based discussion on the schedule..(grins) I am far more understanding of fermentation than some of the other things..(grins)

===Yep, Nourishing Traditions is a great book, as are a few of the other ones out there...and it is definitely time to be able to discuss food and diet and shifting to a diet that assists in personal functioning. (Especially considering the range of folks we have, from those that are rather carnivorous to completely vegan.) I know shadowmorphic has gotten into it as well, and a bunch of folks down here.

===(I will soon have my hands on Kefir grains..(grins)

===Hrm...We need to make traditional scones for the high tea some folk want to do...(grins)
