THEY HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE.
THEY CAN'T GO ON THE TOP BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY EXPLAINED WHY YOU GUYS ARE ON TOP.
AND THEY CAN'T GO ON THE BOTTOM BECAUSE THAT WOULD PUT TAVROS UP STAIRS.
SO THEY HAVE TO GO IN ONE OF THE MIDDLE TWO FLOORS.
