i don't think you are dramatic. sometimes we really have to be dramatic in order to get our points across. being dramatic is like putting (in your entries) i want to slit my wrists or something or i think i'll go sit in a corner and read dark poetry. some shit like that. so don't worry hun you're definitely not dramatic.
