Skype has announced they will allow free SkypeOut calls (PC to normal telephone) until the end of the year.

Whoa. That would be cool... if I weren't already paying for unlimited incoming and 500 minutes outgoing calls to pretty much anywhere in North America. And also if Skype wasn't a resourse-whoring insane-usage-of-RAM program. >_>

I guess it still is kinda cool.
