Birthday Thrifting Spree!

Hello! I'm new to this community and thought I might share my recent finds. I turned 23 on the 18th. After receiving various birthday cards with money in it, I had over $100, so I decided I was long overdue for a thrifting spree. Plus the rainy/cold months are right around the corner, and living in Oregon, one needs to prepare for that shit. So

OMG. I've been looking for a gray cardigan like that in my local thrift stores and coming up empty!! So jealous!! Great finds!!

How many size sections are you checking out? I ask because, after losing some weight, I found I actually fit into four different sizes (4x-1x) depending on the style, cut, and how big I want the item to be. If I had stayed in my 2-3x comfort zones I doubt I'd have scored nearly as much as I did. So maybe start checking out 1-2 sizes above and below what you're used to? I do usually check a size up, but haven't checked a range of sizes. Thanks for the tip!

Aww, thanks! I really wanted to get some good autumn/winter wear since it gets so cold and rainy where I live. And I'm actually counting down the days until it starts raining so I can sport my new comfy boots which are seriously the comfiest and warmest boots I have ever owned. They actually had the exact same pair in brown also, but I felt the black suited me more. Though maybe for such a low price, I should've grabbed them just in case...

Aww thanks! And there are actually more around here. I've been meaning to try salvation army, but the place has pretty bad reviews on yelp so I've been dragging my feet.
