It seems like about half of americans are on meth, or some other kind of "heavy"drugs... Some of my friends leave to usa, and they've told me about their neibourghs, boyfriends, girlfriends, schoolmates, who are on cocaine, heroine, lsd etc. Is it so cheap in usa that everyone could get it?

Yepp. They start early too. My freshman year of high school, I came across some kids who were on cocaine and and had been since the 6th grade. It's insane how fast they want to grow up, and just stupid that they assume by taking the hardcore drugs they think they're 'grown up'. Morons.

And yeah, it is. You can make Meth easily, it's all cleaning supplies and what not. So a lot of people just do that. And Heroin, for beginning users, is about $5, which is nothing.

A lot of people I know get everything for free because they have friends who have friends who just give it to them, lol. It's insane.

"Live fast, die young"? :)I wonder how much of them stop taking drugs? They are sick, i think. I was such. But i don't want to be that kind of sick anymore.

i know just people who can take grass or hash for free. Or hallucinogenic mushrooms. But something hardcore... Loosers' paradise )))

here in russia the same problem with alcohol. Sooo many people drink vodka liters! And really from childhood, 5th - 8th grade. Mainly in province. But $5 for heroine dose is really incredible!

I don't think it's that, at least not in my area. A lot of the kids here are just flat out neglected and unhappy. Drugs fill the void, quick and easy and as long as they keep taking it, it lasts. A lot of the people I know are heavy drinkers too, maybe not as they are in Russia, but I mean, they're just kids, you know?
