I view the humidity of NJ as being comparable to being trapped in a clammy men's locker room at a run-down YMCA. And the rain is like toilet water splashing you in the face.

I don't know which of the following is worse: having all of the sweat cause my glasses to repeatedly slide down my nose while I try to do housework, OR having my legs stick to the vinyl chair due to the sweat trickling down my legs while I'm doing nothing to provoke it.

I think the unprovoked perspiration is worse. The sweat that causes your glasses to slide down your nose is nature's way of saying 'don't do the housework.'

Have you actually been in a clammny men's locker room at a run-down YMCA? Is there any such thing as an Un-run-down YMCA? I always thought that was part of the charm. That and the classy clientele.
