Tech prediction: Macintosh hackers go into high gear
If the White House staff does convert from Windows to Macintosh, we will see a LOT more black hat attacks against the generally-ignored Mac OS X.
I may have to start looking at antivirus and security software for my lowly G4.

I'm at a company meeting in Israel this week and I found out they disabled international access for me.
Joy. No phone at all for 8 days and about 1 hour of computer time. I feel so 80's right now...

On Vox: Photo catchup
The last three weeks have been busy with travel. One good thing was that I got some photographs:
I was in the Washington DC area, so I managed to see the Smithsonian Musem of American History and the First Ladies' dresses. It appears I'm about the same size as Mamie Eisenhower, but the fitting rooms were all full:

On Vox: I get happy
I'm getting sent home early, thought I'd miss my weekend in DC. But I managed to stretch it out till a 7AM flight on Sunday, will see and and maybe the Davids too.
And then I get to be HOME and see Jason instead of another deathly week working in the land of "religious plagues"
*Happy sigh*
