Thank you! Cosco soeems like a better bet then Sam's Club.

I've been thinking about the projector. Realistically we can afford a new 46" LCD/Plasma TV, compared to a 90" using a projector and after all in this case size does matter.

I believe the thing to look for with projectors is average bulb life and cost of replacement bulbs. They are kind of expensive.
