Chipotle Flourless Chocolate Cake Recip

Did not have any Cchipotle chili powde so used 3/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Also substituted 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate for 10 oz cocoa along with an additional stick of butter and 3/4 cup sugar.

Do you think it's worth trying a vegan version? I can't imagine that my usual flax for egg substitution would work well. Any thoughts?

I don't really know. I don't like converting to vegan - I feel you lose too much of the originals intent. Instead I look at fruit based desserts - grilled pineapple, toasted peaches, or ices (lemon or strawberry) are wonderful!
