I've hit a funk with my fanfic... again. I'm questioning the plot twist I decided to take and I'm feeling a bit emo about it. I wonder if maybe I'm getting a little bit burnt out

If you are feeling a bit burnt out with the fic maybe it is a best to take a bit of a break from it (I loathe saying that because I will miss it but unless you are enjoying writing it then it isn't as fun to read).
I understand the kitten licking thing lol I have a 10 week old kitten named Fluffy (my 8 year old brother got to name her) and she enjoys licking my neck then nuzzling my hair lol.
When I saw the name Rory I didn't think Dr Who at first (though Rory the Roman is freaking awesome!) I thought Gilmore Girls lol.
Poor Lupin and Dexter. My other cat is 10 called Timmy and only has one eye because someone shot him is throughly unimpressed with this small ball of fluff that has come into his home. She has been beat up quite a few times by him, but to be fair most of the time she has deserved it. lol
I do enjoy writing it. It's just... I'm struggling with plot points more than usual and it isn't flowing like it was.
Aww, it seems like everyone is getting kittens now. Kittens are the best. Lupin and Dexter are now best friends with Rory, but she has an obsession with Dexter's tail that drives the poor cat crazy.
