Description: This is a poem I wrote at 5 in the morning. I was lying awake in my bed and listening to My Chemical Romance. And thinking, cause I do that a lot... but yeah. It's a poem I plan to give to Gerard if I ever get to meet him, so please don't steal it.

My Hero

You are my hero.
You've captured my heart.
I thank you so much
I don't know where to start.

You've saved my life twice.
You're my angel at night
I wanted to quit
but you helped me learn to fight

I know it's not over
It's never gonna end
But I know you're there
No matter which way I bend

I wish I knew
how to make it up to you
I guess to keep fighting
and "think happy thoughts"

You've never stopped fighting
You've come out on top
(I'm really glad that you're not a cop :P)

We'll never stop following you
our friend and our king
You save our lives
every time that you sing

I could go on for pages
with admiration and love
you are our angel
sent from above

You are my hero
my strength and my might
And because of you
I'll never ever give up the fight.
