This will not make sense unless you've been watching the current seasons of Scandal, RuPaul's Drag Race and Project Runway. [*]

Elementary airs in the middle of Project Runway; I started watching it instead and picking up Project Runway on demand, except I kept putting off watching Project Runway because it's gotten so goddamned boring and now it looks like I'm not watching it at all! It can be done!

Yeah, it's on opposite Scandal so we let it pile up on the DVR, but it's always just there and waiting with its soothing same-old boringness! Ugh.

I keep meaning to watch Scandal from the beginning and not getting around to it. But it's on my list.

This is my first season watching Drag Race (thanks to local hero Jinx, who in her other incarnation as legit actor Jerick Hoffer I saw last year in "Spring Awakening") and I am totally going to go back and watch the other seasons once it's over. So much awesome.

This is the first season in a very long while that I'm not embarrassed to be watching PR -- the person I wanted to win even won. Though the previews for the reunion make it seem like there's going to be some ugliness.

Scandal is FANTASTIC and Joshua Malina adds a whole Twilight Zone West Wing feeling to the proceedings, which is great. If you're a Netflix person, the whole first season is on Netflix Instant.

Drag Race is basically everything that's wonderful in the universe, if you've enjoyed this season I think you'll really enjoy the previous ones. Compared to previous seasons, I think this one has actually been on the weaker side because of over-reliance on the Alyssa/Coco feud and the comedy queen v. pageant queen drama/non-drama. Which is more of an endorsement of how utterly life-changing Latrice Royale is, not a knock on this season.

Yeah, it's in my Netflix "top picks" list or whatever, making me feel guilty every time I watch an SVU ep instead.

Which season has Latrice Royale on it?

Latrice Royale is season 4 -- vies contentiously with season 2 for my favorite season, prior to Latrice I was ride or die for S2's Jujubee, who everyone in Boston remembers from when he used to work at the Downtown Crossing Macy's Mac makeup counter.
