Character name: Ophelia Marten-Blair.

Gender:Female.

Age: 32.

Specialty: Opie, as she's called, was a tracker, working on searching and rescue in Internal Affairs for W.E., mostly for T.H.E.Y., until, while out on assignment looking for a different lost agent caught up by the pirates, Ophelia Marten-Blair got taken by them and separated from the network also. She and that agent have since lost each other, and while she's worried about him, mostly she's worried about tracking her way back home.

Skill level: Ophelia started her training at 19, but was a ward of headquarters as an agent's child the same way that Vanlehente was, and Emilie is, since she was nine and Liette Vanlehente rescued her and Elaina Marten from her stalker.

... She's a good tracker, because she's deaf, and has the sharpest eyes in the West. (We can't account for the East, though.)

Basic personality: Sweet, but in a way that is entirely unlike any of my others. While Ophelia has a streak of simply being good and kind to people, she also has a kind of wit that's nothing like Lanie's hyperactivity, May's street-cop-death-seer attitude, Pae's quirky genius or Hesione's diplomatic nerves. Ophelia's different in ways that make her kind of eerie, but fun.

She's quick to like and quick to grow attached, and yet is not quick to trust, something that's grown over the years of being around her mother's paranoia.

Opie also talks. A lot. Frequently. And very fast. Only she does all of the talking with her right hand, sometimes while writing things down with her left. But she's a moron when it comes to computers, so there may be many complaints about her handheld, in the future.
