Reading the recap of the Kentucky-Notre Dame game on ESPN, I came upon the following:

I figured it was a joke. If you imagine Jon Stewart reading that last line, it seems hilarious.

Good point. It also would have been hilarious if the writer had, in fact, ended the sentence: ". . . apparently referring to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
