So, I didn't realize how much dust could accumulate on these things after only a couple of months. I mean, not that I wasn't worrying about it…or lost it. I knew exactly where it was. The whole time.

I got a letter from Fred today, the great prat. I can't believe he gets to traipse all over America while I have to go back to school in less than a ( Read more... )

MORE QUIDDITCH???

I'd like to visit America someday. It sounds exciting, even if they're all daft.

I would, too.

So, you know a lot of Americans then?

Well, no. But I know of them.

So, everything you know about them makes you think they're ALL daft?

I agree with you about New York City.

Yeah, Fred's pretty much in love with it. But, then again, he's always loved London, too. Give me my cows and pastures any day!

Londoners are suffocating.

I think Dad said that our seats are right next to yours? We're here camping already, anyway, although Mum and Victoire aren't here. I think I'll be supporting Ireland!

Really?! Brilliant! I've no idea when we're heading out...Mum's been busy, and Dad always does everything at the last minute anyway. I think I'll try and convince him to head out early...it'd be loads more fun to camp out with you guys than sit around here for another few days, I'll tell you that.

Things are starting to get more exciting here, an Ireland supporter got into a duel with an Argentina supporter and the hit wizards had to get involved and everything. I'm sure Dominique will get herself into trouble at some point!

ROX. I have to share a tent with four guys, and while that would normally be an exciting prospect it's my Dad and brothers and they all snore. I may have to come kip on the floor of your tent!

The Gryffindor common room will feel kind of empty without Fred and it helps that he's so fit, so we'll have to party extra hard to make up for it, yeah?

You can kip anywhere you like, K, love. Dad's got a massive tent, so we've plenty of room. 'Course, my Dad & brother will be there, but somehow I'm guessing that's not the same as having to cohabitate with yours.

I'm sure he'll be all for it. Might as well go all out before school starts!
