Allergies have set in. I started using eye drops last night. It is a new kind, so I am hoping that it will be even better than my old stand-by. My supervisor at work and I both suffer (to varying degrees) from allergies. One thing that helped me is rinsing the sinuses with saltwater every couple of days or so, which is both relieving to the sinuses and entertaining for anyone with whom you share the bathroom. Also, exercise is good for allergies, for some reason, but it's apparently also been proven that it's harder for people with allergies to lose weight. Anyway, since losing the 25 lbs. last year and then working out this spring, I've noticed a difference.

Interesting. My sinus allergies bother me, but I can deal with them. Plus the netti pot seems scary to me :)
My eyes, though, I can't seem to cope.
I can see the weight issue. My allergies didn't start until I was pregnant with Maggie and have worsened as my health has gone down. Two years ago, I lost a good bit of weight right before spring and my allergies were not that bad. Last year, I changed my diet and the allergies seemed to be getting better. I was thinking maybe they are subsiding, but it could be I am just healthier than years before.

Oh, I forgot! We planted Parsley too. I was singing it while I was planting them :)
