 Lessons are mostly done. Yay!
I am forever changing how I do lessons in an attempt to find what works best for all of us. I think I have found the formula, I think. Everyone did what they needed to and I heard almost no whining. 
A couple of weeks ago, I gave them a table with the hours sectioned off from 8 AM until 2 PM, then gave them the list of

Oh, I'm glad it's working--for today, at least! It sounded sensible to me when you described it. Time-management skills will be helpful throughout life. : )

Excellent idea, that. I wish I had kids to homeschool and use that idea on.

I miss homeschooling days with my kids. Those were such special times! Now they are all in HS and college!!
