Steve and I need 2 roommates! We'll be right off of Central Avenue, we're looking at 2 houses, and hoping to apply for them as soon as possible.
Potential roommates should have a steady job, not do drugs, be kind of clean, have good credit (to get approved by the leasing co.), like dogs, and be willing to pay between $206-330 + utilities.
