Slow cooker recipes?

Tim and I bought a beautiful 7 quart slow cooker last weekend, dreaming of many yummy things to be cooked in it.  While we have some ideas, we're also looking for other options.

Any favorite crock pot recipes?  They don't necessarily have to be non-dairy -- I can substitute out for most things.  :)

David made this recipe a while ago and it was delicious. He put it in the crock pot instead of the oven on low for 6-8 hours

My favorite is beef stew.

Brown your beef, put it in the pot. Add your veggies, dry french onion soup mix, cup of water. Turn it on, come back six to eight hours later. YUM.

I love that site! That is also where I got the yogurt in the crock pot recipe.
I love my crock pot! I want more of various sizes.
I even have a little melting pot that came with a full size pot (that has since died). I used that for hot dips or hot caramel. nom nom nom
