So, for those of you that didn't hear through babylil or meeshy. On May 23rd I managed to fracture my spine. Yup, it was a pretty special thing to do!

Was riding meeshy's horse, Sapphire, and didn't quite manage to clear the jump. Thought I was gonna stay on, but Sapphy went one way and I got flung off another. I didn't fall very hard and it wasn't very spectacular

Hope you are making the most of the break from work (even if it isn't for the best reason)

I'm good now, still some nerve damage. Can't feel my hip and have reduced feeling in my abdomen but that's a small price to pay me thinks!

Though reduced feeling in my hip would be lovely. I landed on my side in my own riding oops, and had a deep muscle bruise. Still twinges from now and again
