Thats basically what it is. One moment you are use to something and then POW!! a wake up call. Everyone goes through it in one way or another. Don't fret it, it will only make you stronger. I can can only say that in times of need, remember, there are always people here to help and support you.. I know for sure we are not the only ones. Also, there are always more questions then answers.. just don't let yourself get overwhelmed with trying to answer them all. Start small if have too and work your way up.. be sure to always take the time and reflect and never forget....
