Mmkay, I'll try explaining to the best of my ability. xD
→ Click the image (which goes to my journal from here; just click the image again there) and download the file from Megaupload. → Upload the images to your own server. Photobucket works best for this. → Go to Customize Journal and right there under Mood Themes, click on "edit/create custom mood themes". → Write a name and create a new Mood Theme and then one-by-one add the links of each of the mood images. → Just "save changes" and then click on "use" and that should work.
