I have been very lax about updating my journal. Duh. Facebook is easier, reaches more people, and this laptop is a piece of shit. (updating on my smart phone is a major pain in the ass, so there's that, too

I'm sorry to hear you're in such pain. One of my in-laws (a *BIG*, heavy-set guy) has been through 3 rounds of spinal surgery in the last year for an issue similar to yours... so I'm rather sympathetic to your plight.

I hope they find a realistic solution for you soon. You take care.
