the material of the blouse is lightweight but soft and only very, very slightly sheer (a camisole underneath will easily help you out) - i myself am very satisfied with the quality, especially for that price. ^^

as for the pannier its very sturdy id say it will definitely last - either way its only medium-poofy & definitely not a cupcake-petti. it is also more on the short side. i hope this helps! :3
