Rape or sexual assault in Sweden

Yeah, Assange again. Let's pretend it was another, totally unknown, man.

He meets a woman, they party and go home to her for consensual sex with condom. The morning after, he does one or both of these:

- starts having sex with the woman while she's sleeping and hasn't consented.
- has sex with the woman, saying that he has a condom but lies.

Yeah, this was no holiday post. :-P Quite an issue. I really don't expect everyone to agree, just because I'm so convinced. There are so many layers in this, and it might be upsetting for many for various reasons.

Yeah, if that's truly what happened, then I hope he doesn't get out of it somehow.

They'll be investigating in front of the whole world, and what ever the truth: if he's guilty, he's guilty.

A Swedish artist/DJ called Basshunter is charged with sexual assault in Scotland. To Swedish media, he complained and called it a set-up. Like Assange. Home or abroad, Swedish or not - doesn't matter.

It's not like the average, Swedish person is any better than the rest. But things can get better, everywhere.
