Back in February I remembered Torchwood, so I rewatched it and pretty much fell in love all over again. I may post later about how Jack and Ianto's relation is (only) based on manipulation, lack of communication and a slightly perverse sense of obligation. I make strawberry jam by cutting the strawberries into pieces and stiring in some sugar until the sugar's disolved (tasting it now and then to see if there's enough sugar) and then putting it in boxes and in the freezer. I don't make boiled jam with soft fruits - there's no need when I keep it in the freezer.
