The times, they are a changin...

We were always very careful to keep Con away from overly sugared, processed, or potentially allergenic foods when he was an infant.  It was one of those Very Important Parenting Things.

I just caught Rowan delightedly gnoshing on some pop rocks his brother left on the table.

We've been catching BoyWookie trying to feed WeeWookie several times already. It's like I turn to look for the remote or something and turn back to find him gleefully putting something in the little guy's mouth.

Melissa wasn't sure about me giving Phe the gluten- (and taste-) free version of Cheerios until I reminded her that the baby eats cat food when she's not looking. And likes it.

We have a hard time keeping Rowan out of the cat food.

And the cat box, but that's a different issue. (yay, texture!)

Our litter box is behind a deliberate obstacle course. Partly for the baby and partly because the cats could use a little exercise. The fatties.

... Though I'm also reminded of Anette Thompson's Litterbox Cake.

(Crumbled yellow cake and vanilla pudding in a litterbox, topped with a generous layer of crushed Nilla wafers, and decorated with Tootie Rolls softened in the microwave.)
