The best thing to do is just ignore those people. THey are saying those things because they can hide behind their anonymity, and they enjoy getting a rise out of people.
If you all ignore, they will get bored and move on to something even more rediculous. You will only make them want to post more on this poor girls journal by feeding the fire.
