this is exactly along the lines of what jeremy and i are looking to get into when we move downtown. cheap, precious, location, i love it! it's a shame it's febuary and we aren't looking to move until july. something like that would be PERFECT! look at the kitchen in that place. i'm soooo in love with it. it's just too cute ♥
