A Quiet Milestone

Tomorrow marks 12 years for me as a survivor!  Unlike my earlier anniversaries of this date, I am not hiding, staying home from work or crying all day.  I am working all day and then coming home to spend the night with my wonderful DH.

I am using this milestone as a chance to reflect on how my life is and where I once was!

That si a hard thing, I know. I want to get to the year when I forget the day. When it passes quietly without notice and a week later I go...hey I missed it. :) You've come a long way baby!
