How I spent my new years

Unfortunately I don't have anything that interesting to post about new years. Jenni was supposed to come over, but due to many unforseen circumstances ended up stuck at home :'(. So I stayed home and played WoW with Richard and Lyssa. I did finally get past level 60, and broke down and bought BC, so I've been in Outlands ( Read more... )

Outland is awesome. The early quests have re-geared me quite nicely, and money flows...which is nice since I am starting on my epic mount quest. Rich and I are going to go to Stratholm this weekend to get the holy waters (damn bop items), and to Scholomance to work on his warlock epic mount quest.

I haven't been squished by a reaver yet.

Going to HFP made me so jumpy. I was running the minute my screen started shaking. (BTW, did Lyssa ever make it to 58? She was saying she wanted to when I was up there.)

;P Start saving for your flying mount now. (It's just under 1000g for the training and the mount.)

She made 60 before I did, though she hasn't been able to play much since then because of the whole finding mold in her room and falling down the stairs.

Right now I'm trying to get my epic mount, then I'll worry about the flying one. I can't even get that till 70 right?

Right now I'm trying to decide if I want to continue to do blacksmithing or swap over to engineering. I've started to realize that anything that I can get from blacksmithing I can find something better from quests and and drops...and I don't see any way that it would make any money. Plus blacksmithing seems to make me hemorrage money.
