Listening to NPR this morning, just a few minutes ago really, they decided to go to the Republican meeting going on in Wisconsin (I think that's what they said, or maybe the person was from Wisconsin and the meeting was somewhere else, my head is still spinnig). They interviewed a woman about what she thought about the path that the Republicans

I am wondering why you are so shocked. Somebody had to have voted to keep Bush in office. Just saying.

But the fact that someone can believe that we are winning the war in Iraq, and to say that Bush is a GREAT president. I've heard people say that Bush isn't as bad as people make him out to be, or that he has done some good. But for someone to chide other republicans for not having the view point that Bush is a great president.

I understand that this is most likely NPR enforcing their liberal bias by showing republicans to be complete nutters. But still, it caused a visceral reaction in me that almost brought up my breakfast.
