I know that several of you, my LJ friends, have done Artist's Way and/or have a continuing journaling practice.  For me, finding time in the morning before work to write is a challenge, so sometimes I write on the train during my commute, or during my lunch hour, or in bed at the end of the day.  I found this perspective on why it's so important to

So glad you posted this as it reinforced in my own mind my decision 5 years ago to start going to bed earlier and waking up earlier.

November will mark 6 years for me doing my morning pages. To me, that early morning journaling has become irreplaceable.

Pages, hot tea, pussy ritual (now) = New Me !
