You already moved to San Francisco? I should check livejournal more often. My brother lives in Berkeley & some time this year I plan to get out there & see him, so maybe I'll run into you in one of the many bars I plan to go to out there.

Hi Sweetheart!
How are things with you? Yes, I made some major and quick changes...and I would have let you known, but I moved here, and then went to Burning Man...now I'm getting settled.
I see that your address has changed as well! How is life for you? How's school?
I would LOVE to see you when you come out...I live in Pacific Heights...much to do and see here...that's definitely true!
So great to hear from you! I do hope you'll stay in touch!

Yeah, I moved to Sarasota at the beginning of August. I moved in with my girlfriend, but we broke up about 10 days ago, so I'm looking for another place to move into in October.
I'm quite busy with school these days, going to USF in Sarasota, which keeps me reading a lot more of the classics (which reminds me a lot of IDS), learning African history, American history, et cetera.
If I get out there this year, it will most likely be over Christmas break or Spring break, but I am definitely going to try to do it.
Anyway, I'd love to hear about how you're doing out there, so let me know. & definitely let me know if you'll be back here any time soon.

I bet Sarasota is wonderful...that was my second choice if I didn't move to San Francisco...
Sorry to hear about the break up, I have to say I was a bit shocked.
I find references to IDS all the time, and only those in IDS can really relate to my excitement. We'll always have Wiley, Bird and Fenley, won't we?
San Francisco is so amazing! It was a very easy move, everything has fallen into place just as I imagined it would. I'm in a prime area of Pacific Heights...a short walk to everything. I have my car here, so all is well with getting around. I've just now starting the job hunt, there's good things on the burner with that, but no rush...it's good to be free of responsibility when you first move to check the city out...and it allowed me to go to the desert for a few days.
Either break you make it out here, be sure to let me know. I would love to see ya when you do. I'll be back around Christmas each year, so Easter would be better for me ;)

Hi Doll,
Of course I'm in one piece, and lots of playa dust to prove it. Wow, it has been a rough time adjusting, detoxing, and staying awake...so there is a lot of recouping to do. I would love to get together later in the week...or even next week, I do have some stories to tell :)
See you soon! (unless I see you on my bench sooner ;0)
I know exactly how you feel... first year... Im going to attempt to put it all into words... hell even describing to people i find myself completely out of breath trying to get it all out. Its just impossible. Glad your burn was wonderful.

I'm glad I'm not the only one...yes, out of breath, and trying to explain it to those that have yet to see it for themselves. Glad your burn was wonderful as well. Hope to catch up with you at the decompression parties..!
