I don't really like the distinction being made between "red state" and "blue state", is all.

Well, I don't either, but it is just simply an unfortunate fact at this point. It's been segregated in this way by the elite and by their rules of how we govern ourselves; we didn't technically do it, but we're sort of having to live with the consequences.
