Have to say, even though I have been alone most of the week, it has been pretty good anyway. I went to a meditation circle on Monday that was WONDERFUL and did my own meditation to a CD yesterday. Got in some walking after work and plan on going to a Reiki circle tonight. May be filling my Thursdays up with pottery too, now. Going in after work to
