sometimes its just easier to go on autopilot. its seems like shit has really hit the fan this semester, everything is a fucking mess. but throughout the chaos i have just been kind of coasting through, shut off to everything except for what i can control, which at this point is school

Well, that's the right answer. School might be the only thing that actually does matter at the end of the day, so I say keep writing frantically.
