1. I can spend the entire day with a couple of strippers and still get change back for a $20.

2. Getting a home warranty is a stupendously awesome thing. Bad news - My hot water heater sprung a leak today (yes, after owning the house less than a week, I've had a fence fall down and the hot water tank disgorge its contents on the basement floor

I'm also a fan of the home warranty. Fixed my air conditioning, which required three visits, for $50.

I dunno if Mrs. Spammy does the ElJay thing, but one of you needs to get on the saucydwellings comm STAT! so you can get many, many ideas on how to decorate your joint!

you're really lucky if that's truly what the home warrenty covers. My parents do heating and air conditioning and they've had quite a number of nightmarish stories from trying to extract money from faulty/sucky warrenties. Plus, it actually sounds like it would cover HVAC repairs.
